Korai add to order
Seven different Whole and Ground Spices make this a really tasty Curry. A separate sachet of Garam Masala gives the dish gives the dish exta heat should you want it.

To Make Korai
- Cube the Meat or chop Vegetables, then chop 1 Onion.
- Heat the Oil in a Wok and fry the Onion until light Brown.
- Add your Meat or Veg and fry for 10 mins.
- Add Sachet 1 and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Add the tin of chopped Tomatoes and cook for 10 mins, stirring now and then until all the moisture has evaporated.
- Watch for the Oil separating in the Wok and at that point add 1/2 a cup (125 ml) of Water.
- Slice your 2nd Onion into rings and add to the Wok.
- Cover with a lid and cook gently for 20 mins until everthing is fully cooked and the onion rings are soft.
- Add Sachet 2 and cook for 3 mins then add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
