To Make Bhuna
- Cut the Meat or chop Vegetables into strips and finely chop the Onion.
- Heat the Oil in a Wok and fry the Onions until soft then add the Sachet stir well and fry for 2 mins.
- Turn up the heat and add the Meat or Veg strips cook for 5 mins stirring regularly and ensuring you coat everything with your Spices.
- Now turn down the heat and cover the Wok with a lid and cook on for a further 10 mins
- Mash the chopped Tomatoes and add to the Wok.
- Next, slice the Tomato into quarters and add to the Wok.
- Replace the lid and cook for 5 mins
- Finally, add fresh chopped Coriander leaves and serve.
