Korma

Shopping List

  • 500g Any Meat or Veg
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 4 tbs Oil
  • 150 ml Single Cream
  • 142g Tin of Tomato Puree
  • Fresh Coriander (Optional)
 

 

To Make Korma

  1. Cube the Meat or chop Vegetables then chop the Onion.
  2. Put into a Non Stick Pan with the contents of Sachet 1 then add  1/2 a cup of Water (125 ml). 
  3. Bring to the boil and cook on a medium heat for 15/20 mins.
  4. When the Meat or Veg is tender and the mixture is dry, add the Tin of Tomato Puree and cook on a low heat for 10 mins
  5. Now add the Oil and fry until you see it separating in the Pan.
  6. Next, add the cream, stir and cook for 5 mins.
  7. Add 5 tbs of Water and Sachet 2.   Simmer until thickened.
  8. Finally, garnish with chopped Fresh Coriander.
