To Make Korma
- Cube the Meat or chop Vegetables then chop the Onion.
- Put into a Non Stick Pan with the contents of Sachet 1 then add 1/2 a cup of Water (125 ml).
- Bring to the boil and cook on a medium heat for 15/20 mins.
- When the Meat or Veg is tender and the mixture is dry, add the Tin of Tomato Puree and cook on a low heat for 10 mins
- Now add the Oil and fry until you see it separating in the Pan.
- Next, add the cream, stir and cook for 5 mins.
- Add 5 tbs of Water and Sachet 2. Simmer until thickened.
- Finally, garnish with chopped Fresh Coriander.
