Spicy Tatties

Spicy TattiesFive ingredients will give you Hot and Fiery chunks of Potatoes.

Serve either as a Starter or along with your Curry... either way you will enjoy!!

The Shopping List and Cooking Instructions are included.

Shopping List

  • 800g New Potatoes or Tinned New Potatoes (800g)
  • 3 tbs Oil
  • Fresh Coriander (Optional)

To Make Spicy Tatties

  1. Boil the New Potatoes until fairly soft. 
  2. When they have cooled chop them into quarter size chunks.
  3. In a large Frying Pan or Wok heat the Oil and add the contents of Sachet 1 and fry gently for 1 minute.
  4. Now, add Sachet 2 and fry for a further 1 minute.
  5. Remove from the heat and add 3 tbs of Water (be very careful at this stage).
  6. Return to the heat and now add your chopped New Potatoes or chopped tinned Potatoes and coat with the Spices.
  7. Cook until piping hot and serve with Fresh chopped Coriander.

Whole Cumin Seeds, Chilli Powder, Ground Coriander,Turmeric, Salt
