- Garam Masala, Black Cumin Seeds, Paprika, Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Ginger, Salt, Garlic Granules, Green Cardomoms, Black Peppercorns.

500g Any Meat Fish or Vege Alternative
2 Medium Onions
3 tbs Oil or Spray
220g Tin Chopped or Fresh Tomatoes
4 tbs Single Cream
4 tbs Natural Yoghurt
1 tbs Flaked Almonds
1 Green Pepper
TO MAKE BALTI PASSANDA.
- Cube the Meat, Fish, or Vege alternative into strips
- In a bowl add 4 tbs of Natural Yoghurt and 1 tbs of Flaked Almonds along with the contents of Sachet 1 and mix thoroughly. Next add your ingredients of choice cover with cling film and refrigerate (Ideally overnight).
- Chop the Onions and Green Pepper into chunks. Heat the oil or spray in a Wok or non-stick pan then add the onions and peppers cook gently until soft.
- Add the contents of Sachet 2 to the Wok or pan and stir fry for 2 minutes then add the chopped tomatoes.
Next add the Marinade Mixture to the Pan along with 200ml of Water, stir thoroughly and cook on a medium heat until everything is fully cooked - Add 4 tbs of Single Cream and stir
If sauce gets too thick add more water
