THE TINY TAKEAWAY
Nine ingredients including whole and ground Spices give you a Hot Madras Curry. A taste sensation with lots of Spice and heat.
1 Sachet of ingredients – SERVES 3/4
500g Any Meat Fish or Vege Alternative
1 Large Onion
3 tbs Oil or Spray
400g Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 tbs Tomato Puree
TO MAKE madras...
- Cube the Meat Fish or Vege alternative then finely chop the Onion. Next, heat the Oil in a large pan or Wok then add the Onion and fry on a medium heat until soft and golden (approx. 10 mins).
- Add 1 tbs of Tomato Puree along with the contents of the spice sachet. Stir the mixture and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add Meat Fish or Vege alternative + 100ml of Water and a 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes (mash them first to create a smoother sauce).
- Continue frying for 20 minutes on a medium heat until everything is cooked and the Water has evaporated and the sauce has thickened.
They are packed in a Plant that handles Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame Seeds, Gluten, Wheat, Soya, Milk, Mustard Seeds and as a consequence MAY CONTAIN TRACES.
STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE. Spices are from more than one country.
