Data Controller notified via email from STRIPE of Customer Payment.

Customer Data this data relates purely to the purchase of goods and includes…

Name Title Billing Address Delivery Address and email address along with the details of the Purchase.

We process this data to supply the goods that have been purchased and to keep records of such transactions.  Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between the customer and us.

Communication Data this included any communication that you send to us via email curry@thetinytakeaway.com or via my online contact form on my website www.thetinytakeaway.com or via text message or telephone call we process this data for the purposes of communicating and responding to you for record keeping and for the establishment pursuance or defence of legal claims.  Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to reply to communications we receive.

Data Retention We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for including the purposes of satisfying any legal, Accounting or reporting requirements.

For Tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers including contact identity financial and transaction data for a period of SIX Financial Year Ends. After that time the details / documentation will be safely securely destroyed.
