Masala

500g Any Meat Fish or Vege Alternative
1 Large Onion
4 tbs Olive Oil or Spray
500g Natural Yoghurt
2 tbs Tomato Puree
400g Tin Chopped Tomatoes
TO MAKE MASALa...
- Cube the Meat, Fish or Vege alternative and finely chop the Onion then heat the oil in a Wok.
- Add the Onion and cook on a medium heat until it is a Golden colour then add the Spice Sachet. Cook for 1 minute, the mixture should be quite dry so keep stirring throughout. Add the Tomato Puree and cook for 1 minute, stirring all the time, then add the Tin of Tomatoes.
- Add 100ml of Water and the Meat, Fish or Vege alternative and cook for 10 mins then add the Yoghurt and stir thoroughly continue cooking for 10-15 mins on a medium-high heat until the water is reduced the Sauce thickens and everything is fully cooked.
